Principles of organization and work of Waldorf Kindergarten.
Interaction of parents and educators
The kindergarten is a place where the child spends a lot of time and it has a great influence on the development of the child because of this it is necessary to know the principles of the work of the kindergarten. Waldorf kindergarten is organized in accordance with the following principles:
• Timeliness: the child's upbringing is carried out in accordance with his physiological development. This lays the foundation of human health for many years of his adult life
• Connection with reality: the rhythm of life, toys and games are organized in such a way that the child can experience the world in his actual revelation and not in the ideas in which adults would like to show it
• Creativity: this principle is manifested in the individual approach of the educator to each child, in the daily practice of children in art and craft and in the design of the kindergarten
• Cooperation between parents and educator
We invite everyone who is interested in Waldorf Pedagogy as well as those who would like to see the upbringing of the child as a process of cooperation and co-creation of the parent and educator to take part in this lecture. We will talk about the needs of preschool children and how to help the child to meet them, how to learn to see, hear and understand the child, and how to connect the process of raising a child at home and in kindergarten.
