FEAR: AN ENEMY OR A TEACHER? HOW TO COPE WITH YOUR OWN FEARS AND HELP THE CLIENT?

The feeling of fear is a life partner for so many people. However, this is not the most pleasant companion, which, moreover, can turn life into a nightmare. Fear does not disappear by itself, children's and situational fears simply change their shape but their essence does not change and fear, like a dark shadow, envelops the boundaries of human consciousness and sometimes fills the entire conscious space of the soul. However, it is possible - and necessary! - to work with the problem of fear. But for this you need to understand the essence of this phenomenon and consider the causes of its occurrence and forms of its manifestation.
We invite psychologists and those who interested in psychology to take part in our seminar where we consider the phenomenon of fear, the reasons for its occurrence and the principles of working with it in terms of the interaction of the conscious and the unconscious in the human soul. We will also talk about the principles of proper communication with people suffering from various kinds of phobias and mental disorders in a state of acute fear, how to treat children's fears and how you can use the positive potential of a sense of fear.
