Everyone knows that other people's children grow quickly. In principle, they do not lag behind ours own but with our children we experience the whole "unevenness" of personal growth and development because we go along with them through the crisis moments of their lives. It is very important to behave adequately and "adult" in such a situation: not just react to the disequilibrium state of a son or daughter but to lead a ship of family life with a firm hand through the whirlpools of the experiences of the primary school and the reefs of adolescent and youth crises. And more important not to enter into conflicts with our own children because this is a matter of our own parental maturity.
Waldorf education provides the basis of understanding of the principles and methods of resolving and preventing crises and conflicts in the relationship with the child.
