Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is the healing of diseases of the body through the soul. For this, the soul must connect with the healing forces, pass them through itself so that they permeate the body. And the soul can find these healing forces in spiritual reality.

Anthroposophical psychotherapy considers the Spirit of the person himself, his immortal essence, which can be aware of itself in the physical world, and in the experience of feelings, and in the world of the spirit. A person is healthy if the soul experiences all these three worlds in unity: I live in the manifested world, I I experience it and my inner world in harmony of feelings, I define myselfmyself and my life in the world myself. This is the simplest formula for health, and in many cases for healing it is necessary to find a way to yourself, to experience your spiritual strength and ability to build yourself and the world

An anthroposophical psychotherapist relies on knowledge about health and illness, about the human being and about healing powers. From this knowledge he builds communication with the patient in such a way that this communication itself becomes healing. To do this, one must learn to see the highest manifestations of individuality that cannot be affected by illness, and to address them in the process of therapy

Anthroposophy helps to connect the already existing natural scientific knowledge and life experience of a therapist, or a person who wants to become a therapist, with the results of spiritual and scientific research. These three paths to Truth merge into one, which becomes the path of healing with Truth
